An online Day Retreat with HaMakom led by Rabbi Dr James Jacobson Maisels

Please join us on Sunday 10 May, between 10am – 4pm for an online day retreat on Zoom with Rabbi James Jacobson Maisels, one of the world’s leading teachers and practitioners of Jewish mindfulness meditation and spiritual wisdom. You can join for any or all of the day.

The day will include periods of sitting meditation and meditation instructions, chanting, Q&A, teaching, blessing practice and walking meditation – with an hour for lunch. Once you have registered, we will send you the programme for the day.

Rabbi James has been leading retreats with HaMakom for many years and, sadly, due to the virus, we have had to had to cancel our May residential retreat this year.

Teacher Support & Event Price:

There is a small charge (3 options) for the day which will go towards HaMakom’s ongoing expenses but does not include any payment to Rabbi James for his teaching. Instead Rabbi James relies on the generosity of participants for his livelihood, and so we will invite you to make a donation to Rabbi James at the end of day.

If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds.
